For the gala premiere of Fernando Meirelles' "Blindness" at the Calgary International Film Festival, these invitations were personally hand-delivered to its VIP attendees. The unaddressed envelopes and milky white invitations were utterly blank, an homage to affliction suffered in the film. Upon opening, a sound chip embedded in the card announced their invitation to the resulting standing-room only event.
